Day 2 (Monday) – Welcome to the Côte d’Azur A petit déjeuner includes a café latte and a croissant or pain au chocolate. It’s the French way to jumpstart the day. The feast ends with plenty of time to explore the neighboring villages of Biot, Grasse or maybe Valbonne.

Gourmet breakfast one morning.
Day 3 (Tuesday) – Nice Market Tour and Niçoise Cooking Class This day might find us exploring the market in Nice picking up what we will cook for lunch. The evening is free to enjoy on your own or join me for dinner.

Afterwards, we’ll have time to wander around the village, explore the fortress, and/or stroll along the port. Reconvening just before 12;30, we’ll make our way to a Michelin starred restaurant for lunch. If time allows, we’ll take a stroll through the village to another Michelin starred restaurant where my friend Benoit is the chef.
