Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A non-refundable deposit is required to book a spot on a tour with remaining non-refundable balance(s) due later. Depending on the Tour chosen, price is inclusive of accommodations, cooking experiences, food, beverages (as specified), as well as specified transfers in each itinerary. BRET’S TABLE is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend its programs, including hotels before or after the specified tour, airfare, and ground transportation (not specified) if you choose to book your own. Prices do not include optional trips or special transfers outside the itinerary.
Upon receiving your payment, BRET’S TABLE will send you an email confirmation reserving your spot and will provide additional information regarding itinerary, dress, etc.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
BRET’S TABLE reserves the right to cancel any program should a minimum number of participants not be reached. In this case a refund of all payments made payable and received by BRET’S TABLE, shall be returned to the person who has made the payment and shall release BRET’S TABLE from all liability to you. As well there can be no refunds made for any unused portions of your program. Additional fine print information regarding the terms and conditions will be sent with the reservation form.
