Suvir Saran. I met Suvir several years ago when he was teaching at COOKS of Crocus Hill in Minneapolis MN. He has since become a dear friend, who has inspired me to learn more and more about the cuisine of India. COOKS of Crocus Hill. I began working at COOKS in Saint Paul, Minnesota as a cooking assistant more than 17 years ago. I continue to learn from some of the premier chefs around the country by assisting in their cooking classes. I have also started teaching classes to pass on what I have learned from my many years in the kitchen and from my travels to France. I am also able to keep abreast of the latest cooking tools by working in the retail store at COOKS.
