The Heat is On with Suvir Saran
Suvir Saran will be in Minneapolis the weekend of August 30, 2008. He'll be teaching at Cooks of Crocus Hill on Saturday, August 30th.
I'm not sure how long he will be in town, but I'm checking to see if he is up to teaching a class at Bret's Table that weekend as well, maybe Sunday afternoon. I'll keep you posted if his schedule works out to be here.
